As a Better Life Counsellor, I utilize professional counselling and psychotherapy methods to help people resolve areas where they struggle or feel challenged. This results in changed thought patterns and believes, followed by changed behavior. I identify root causes of issues by looking at the past and deal with those through psychotherapy interventions and spiritual support if requested.
I love helping and working in the areas of relationships, marriage, infidelity, trauma or abuse. My goal is to help clients overcome relationship problems, deal with the raw emotions of betrayal, trauma or abuse and give them the skills and tools to not only build and maintain healthy relationships, but to also grow and heal as an individual with purpose and identity.
As the client, you can feel safe in an atmosphere of non-judgement, care, trust and confidentiality. I teach, equip and train people to apply the life skills and tools they have learned, so that they may be empowered to lead a better life and reach their life goals.
I work with individuals as well as couples and the rate various between $120 and $180 per session.
