I’ve worked as a Gestalt psychotherapist since 2012 with a broad range of people including individuals (16+) and couples. I welcome all members of the LGBTQIA+ community and culturally diverse backgrounds. I study philosophy, existentialism, and know what life is like with dyslexia.

The approach that I take, as a Gestalt psychotherapist, works on the principle that we are best viewed as a whole entity consisting of body, mind, and soul, and best understood when viewed through our own eyes, not by looking back into the past but by bringing the past into the present.

I work with people to develop their awareness of who and how they are in the world. I support individuals and couples on journeys of self-discovery through understanding vital areas of their lives, including emotional development, identity, responses to the world, living skills, and capacity for self-responsibility.

I believe that mental health is about having the agility of the mind so that the choices and decisions you make come from your true self. This approach has supported many clients to manage anxiety, anger, depression, confusion, loss, grief, stress, guilt, overwhelm, live-work balance or lack of purpose.

I acknowledge and respect all the traditional owners, past, present, and emerging of this beautiful country in which we live and work, including the trees, animals, spirits, waters, skies, stars, and special sites.

I offer $120 concession prices for those eligible on a concession card/student/pension/unemployed.
Please note I am not eligible for Mental Heath Plans.
To see if I am a 'good fit' for you, I offer a free 15 minute call, please book a time in by email or text. Thank you.
