It is my belief that we are all worthy of a place we can go to speak the truth of who we are and be received with compassion, understanding and deep reverence.

Being human is hard work and we were never made to do it all alone. I welcome every part of your identity into the room with an open heart and an open mind. I am passionate about working with individuals who are interested in knowing themselves. My work as a psychotherapist is all about affirming and strengthening the relationship with self.

I believe that all parts of ourselves deserve to be validated, accepted, seen and celebrated. The deep work of looking inside the self and beginning to notice the patterns that drive our lives can be challenging.

The most important element of therapy is a strong therapeutic alliance that is built on empathy and trust.

It is my honour to hold space for my clients as they begin this sacred task of walking closer towards a life that makes sense to them.
