I work with a trauma-informed person centred approach. I value the client's perspective of their experience and what they want out of life. I value the therapeutic relationship. I enjoy working with adults, in particular women who are challenging the identity they have been given. Personal empowerment is essential to my work. I have 7 years experience in working in the Drug and Alcohol field and prior experience of counselling people in a rural area. I am curious about the world and the people in it and counselling allows me to engage with the world.
