For over 10 years my experience and training has focused on adding value to the lives of those who seek to enrich their quality and experience of life. I specialise in therapeutic techniques for those who want to: aspire toward personal/professional goals; seek meaning; overcome relationship challenges; escape a life rut; struggle with men’s issues; or just overcome those persistent overwhelming uncomfortable emotions and thoughts. Additionally, I specialise in treating people with prolonged mental health conditions, unhelpful habits or behaviours for which you have been unable to overcome through previous treatment.

I harness my collective training in the Cognitive, Behavioural and Acceptance Commitment Therapies to customise your treatment plan or coaching objectives. This involves a client-centred approach guided by your values, building psychological flexibility and promoting workable action to achieve your personal/professional and mental health treatment goals.

I understand that life’s complex array of human emotion inevitably influences our lived experience. So I appreciate how much energy, trust and commitment it takes to invest your wellbeing needs with a professional consultant. As a person-centred therapist I value this courage and commit to help you evolve into your authentic, confident and renewed self.
