My life experience and training helps support people to overcome adversity, improve wellbeing and thrive in ways that’s meaningful to them. Before I was a psychotherapist, I worked in marketing, graphic design, branding, and brand identity in a corporate setting. This creative experience helped shape my understanding of people from different walks of life. I am bilingual, married, and have two children (16 and 20 years old).

I am trained in many treatment types but ultimately I use a person-centred and context-driven approach. Since every person and circumstance is unique and different, I believe that it’s very important to adjust my approach to each person and individual circumstances.

In my practice I have a strong presence and have the ability to remain grounded, sitting with difficult emotions together with my clients and allowing them to explore their inner worlds. I can resonate with people on a primitive emotional level and can sometimes even use this to help my clients interpret what they are feeling.
I most enjoy working with female professionals, dealing with the pressures of work, family and personal life and ultimately helping them to create their own personal brand. I believe early intervention and awareness of their internal worlds is the most effective way to help my clients thrive and build a life that is most meaningful to them.
