Life gets harder when we are constantly feeling anxious, depressed or driven by self-hate. When we develop a basic kindness towards ourselves we not only learn to accept the difficult parts, but in the process embrace our humanity and see more clearly the beauty that's inside.

I feel passionate about supporting clients to befriend themselves, which is the greatest gift we can give to the world. To get there I use a wellbeing program that will help you address the root cause of your mental ill health and suffering. I specialise in post-traumatic growth – supporting you to resolve self-sabotaging behaviours and achieve lasting change from within.

I provide a safe, warm, attuned and non-judgemental space that facilitates personal growth. I will work with you to find ways that support you to change negative habits and behaviours, including a powerful guided active imagination process. My approach also includes cultivating self-compassion, gratitude, mindfulness and awareness, evidence-based processes that contemporary psychology and neuroscience have shown to be effective.

I am also a specialist couples counsellor in Emotional Focused Therapy and can support you to resolve the negative cycles and distress in your relationship to achieve a new level of intimacy and safety. I really enjoy working with professionals and couples who are ready to embrace the next great adventure in their life.
