I am the director and founder of Inspira Psychotherapy Clinic in Melbourne CBD. I am a highly skilled psychotherapist who creates a therapeutic environment for my clients that is collaborative, culturally sensitive and trauma informed. I provide a non-judgemental and empathetic setting that allow my clients to feel safe in sharing their life’s challenges. My approach and objectives in counselling is to help my clients achieve self-empowerment, personal growth, increased emotional resiliency, self-healing and lasting transferable life skills that promotes mental wellbeing.
In my sessions, clients are drivers of their own counselling goals while, I brings My expertise and experience to support them by tailoring my interventions to each individual’s unique needs (client centric).
