I am originally from NZ, and have lived and worked abroad in a range of different positions until I found my passion in the health and wellbeing industry. As well as being a registered Psychotherapist and Counsellor, I also hold numerous qualifications in, Meditation, EFT (tapping), Aromatherapy, Reiki and many other complimentary therapies.
