I provide psychological counselling and support to individuals, couples and families. I'm skilled in working with a broad range of psychological issues which include but are not limited to depression, anxiety and self esteem, suicide and self harm; family, parenting and relationship challenges; critical incident debriefing and trauma, grief and loss; eating disorders and addiction. I have strong skills in psychological assessment and report writing with experience in the role of Expert Witness on behalf of client's attending Court in criminal and family proceedings.

My counselling style is professional whilst being warm, relaxed, empathic and supportive. I am passionate about assisting my clients to achieve positive change in their lives regardless of their circumstances. I have a unique skill in assisting my clients to understand their underlying issues and will work collaboratively with them in order to support them to increase their level of psychological health and wellbeing.

I apply various therapeutic techniques depending on the nature of the presenting issues, with a key focus on cognitive behavioural and psychodynamic therapies. I am registered to provide services under NDIS plans, Medicare, TAC, WorkCover and Victims of Crime and have experience working with children, adolescents and adults across all stages of the life span. I also have experience in vocational assessment, careers counselling and coaching.
