Online Sexologist, Holistic Counsellor, Couples Therapist & Sexual Educator.

I'm an Australian Holistic Counsellor, Sexologist, Couples Therapist & Sexual Educator providing online therapy to individuals & couples across Australia.

I work with people of all ages, backgrounds & identities to create safe, compassionate spaces where you can explore your relationships, sexuality, nervous system & sense of self. Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, intimacy concerns, anxiety, life transitions or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, my goal is to help you move from surviving to truly thriving.

At the heart of my work is the belief that our greatest pain often points us toward our greatest wisdom. Rather than trying to "fix" you, I help you understand the protective strategies your mind & body have developed, so you can respond to yourself with greater compassion, curiosity & choice.

My approach is holistic, integrative & trauma-informed. I weave together evidence-based counselling, sexology, attachment theory, nervous system education & practical tools to help you better understand your emotions, patterns, relationships & body. Together we'll build the awareness, skills & confidence to create lasting change; not just through insight, but through lived experience.

Whether we're working with individuals or couples, I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to become curious. Much of our work focuses on understanding your nervous system, recognising protective patterns before they take over, communicating with greater clarity, strengthening emotional & sexual intimacy & building relationships that feel secure, authentic & deeply connected.

Every person is unique, so therapy should be too. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor each session to your goals, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches to support your individual needs.

As a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) & the Society of Australian Sexologists (SAS), I'm committed to providing inclusive, affirming & evidence-informed care. My mission is to empower people to understand themselves more deeply, embrace their uniqueness, cultivate meaningful relationships & experience greater pleasure, connection & fulfilment in their lives.

Areas I commonly support

• Couples therapy (communication, conflict, emotional disconnection, mismatched desire, intimacy, betrayal, fertility, relationship transitions & rebuilding trust)

• Sex therapy (desire, arousal, orgasm, pain, sexual confidence, erectile concerns, premature ejaculation & sexual wellbeing)

• Nervous system education, emotional regulation & understanding protective patterns

• Attachment wounds, relationship patterns & secure connection

• Anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, life transitions & general mental health

• Body image, shame, self-esteem & self-worth

• Fertility, pregnancy, reproductive health & cancer survivorship

• Menopause, ageing, sexuality & changing bodies

• Gender, sexuality & LGBTQIA+ affirming counselling

• Sexual education including anatomy, pleasure, reproductive health, ovulation awareness & understanding your cycle

• Consensual non-monogamy, polyamory, open relationships & relationship diversity
