I am passionate about helping people who have been bullied or suffered Psychological Injury as a result of a Workplace Accident. Retired as a Forensic Psychologist, I now Practice as a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Supervisor. I use a combination of techniques, specialising in EFT(Tapping), CBT, Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy to help you resolve Stress, Anxiety and PTSD.
I have worked in Mining, Education and Military. I am also keen to resolve Workplace Conflict by Mediation, applying Alternate Disputes Resolution methods. Work can be stressful, however, with some skills and training it can become a lot less stressful!
