I have a passion for working with couples, families and parents. I have a long history as a nurse working with newborns and families. I understand the difficulties many parents face raising their children. This includes adjusting to new parenting as well as postnatal depression and generalised anxiety. I turned to counselling as I wanted to provide more emotional support to families than my nursing role allowed.
I enjoy supporting couples who are going through challenging times and the satisfaction of seeing these relationships improve. I have always had an interest in mental health and I'm experienced in supporting people with a range of concerns including depression and anxiety.
