My approach to counselling keeps you and your needs as a priority. I draw techniques from a number of therapies, depending on what you need at the time. I offer both supportive and therapeutic counselling, meaning sessions can be about your immediate challenges and concerns as well as deeper long held issues.
I particularly enjoy working with people who are seeking greater understanding of themselves, finding strengths and opportunities to live a life of greater fulfilment.
I am an Army veteran that came to counselling after realising my best successes were always with people. I offer a unique perspective from these experiences, providing understanding of the culture of the military and similar organisations.
