I work with people who want to improve their life experience; to manage thoughts, emotions or behaviours, or develop new coping strategies for stress, anxiety, depression and pain.
As a counsellor, who teaches yoga and mindfulness meditation, my approach is infused with kindness and compassion and I seek to provide a safe and non-judgmental counselling space. I listen, and guide you with insights and appropriate individualised, evidence-based techniques.
My life experience includes personal suffering and loss, juggling work and family, living with family members with chronic and terminal illness, and navigating a stressful corporate finance career before making the change to become a counsellor. I have found this lived experience of adversity and challenging life events has supported my genuine connection with clients, and compassion.
I see most of my clients over Zoom. My counselling rooms are in Dingley Village, Melbourne, for face to face appointments.
