I operate through a lens of social justice and intersectionality; it is important to acknowledge that social stressors, oppression and hardship faced by individuals can hugely impact on mind, body and spirit.
The process of therapy is different for everyone and I will never assume to understand the set of circumstances that make you you. Together we can use a combination of therapeutic approaches that best suit your needs including; talk therapy, somatic experience and expressive art.
