I am a professional AIPC counsellor at Remedy counselling. I'm a passionate women's counsellor who advocates for women's empowerment and self-determination with a particular interest in supporting women through the complexities of midlife.
Bringing an eclectic method to my work, I adapt sessions to best suit my client's needs by implementing person-centered, solution-focused, and CBT approaches.
My private practice includes working with all women. I have a warm, empathic, and understanding approach while drawing on my own lived experience and training to support clients with complex midlife challenges and their deepest concerns.
My clients feel safe and comfortable in my South Perth counselling practice. There is also the option for a short stroll outdoors to the river if clients prefer fresh air and sunshine. There is further option to choose the counsellling setting to be in the safety and comfort of their own home, or via telehealth, if that is preferred or necessary (some conditions may apply to the last option).
