Each journey begins with a single step. My practice takes this literally; an outdoor office where I walk and talk with my clients.
I believe movement while talking provides a safe space and fresh mental state to discuss difficult and painful emotions. I typically meet my clients by a peaceful river or local park in the stunning Penrith, Blue Mountains and Camden areas. I have over 9 years of experience as a counsellor with most of my work centred around depression, anxiety and self-esteem especially with adults that have experienced toxic relationships in the past. I also have a particular interest in suicide prevention and facilitate a bereaved by suicide support group in the Penrith area.
