I believe in a strengths based, empathetic and judgement free approach to counselling. It is my goal that all clients feel heard and validated. It is my belief that people have the ability within them already, and I am merely a guide, reflector, listener and supporter.

I am a mobile counsellor (I come to you!) who can also offer zoom and telephone sessions. My availability includes before, during and after business hours, including Saturdays. If you prefer to meet on mutual ground, I am at Fernvale every second Saturday. I am also a preferred provider of multiple health funds, and can accept NDIS self and plan managed participants.

Individuals, couples, families and children are the clients who I cater to the most. I have both personal and professional experience in neurodivergence and enjoy working with clients of all ages.

I'm also a Registered Midwife and have near on a decade experience. My interest in perinatal mental health, grief and loss and adjustment to different life stages such as parenthood stems from my passion for serving clients during difficult transitions.
