I work with adults and youth to help them achieve their personal goals. I provide a sense of safety and collaborative space where clients can explore and resolve the issues underlying their symptoms. I use an integrative therapy model to equip clients for the life they want to lead.
I have a particular interest to work with individuals who have experienced childhood trauma, abuse or neglect and work from recognised trauma-informed frameworks. I also have experience working with carers of neurodiverse individuals. I have experience in community mental health, private practice and school-based counselling.
