I am a grief, loss and relationship counsellor, working with both death and non-death losses. My priority is companioning you in your journey towards integrating the loss, making sense of what has happened, and finding joy and meaning again. I have a particular interest in disenfranchised grief; the grief and loss situations that sit in the shadows, unacknowledged or stigmatised.
Whether you've experienced pregnancy loss, newborn death, the death of a pet, job loss, separation and divorce, relationship ambivalence, or betrayal trauma, I am here to support you in your grieving process, help you make sense of the loss, find meaning as you move forward with life's next chapter. Counselling can help you manage your emotional distress and grow through your grief.
One of my specialties is working with people who’ve discovered their partner (or parent) is LGBT. My lived experience and professional training equip me with empathy and understanding of your experience. I will help you rediscover your strength, reconnect to Self, gain clarity, and learn to trust and live again.
