I am a qualified counsellor with nearly ten years’ experience under my belt. I am fuelled by passion to develop unique ways of understanding how we think, what we feel and why we behave as we do.

I have worked with various nongovernment organisations, charities and not-for-profit organisations, in addition to private practice as a counsellor, manager, co-leader and group facilitator.

My style of counselling is called integrative, which means I tailor my practice to each individual client, and to their needs, rather than adhering to a specific theory or approach which may not suit everyone.

I work with individuals and organisations specialising in mental health and wellbeing.

My personal style is warm and engaging, and I build upon my significant academic qualifications in counselling and psychotherapy, plus my broad experience in the field.

I am acknowledged in the therapeutic field as a leading clinician who has a proven record of building rapport in my clients and understanding their needs.

I am here to help you help you, so if you would like to have a chat, I would love to hear from you.
