I am an experienced Coach, Mentor and Counsellor, with over 20 years’ experience as a Special Education Teacher and later as an Assistant Principal of Support I have a broad range of experience working with families, colleagues, children/youth and multidisciplinary teams, that has enabled me to hone my skills to work with a diverse client base.
Through both personal and professional experiences, I have seen the critical need to provide a trauma-informed space to help clients identify strength-based goals, develop an awareness of themselves, raise their understanding of personal interactions with others, while developing their own understanding of emotional fitness and what that looks like.
I am passionate that every person is equipped with the skills to find not only their true self but their unique voice as well.
