Counsellor

I am an experienced and broadly educated counsellor and have been helping people for over 21 years. I have a masters degree in counselling and further training in couples therapy and life coaching an have the highest level of membership with the two peak bodies for counselling in Australia (PACFA and the ACA). I’m also accredited to provide professional supervision to other counsellors and find that this perspective lends a lot to my experience as a counsellor myself. I can accommodate different religious perspectives in my practice and am flexible for after hour consultations.

My practice is trauma-informed and client focused. I have extensive experience supporting my clients through major life crisis or transitions such as critical incident debriefings, job redundancies, conflict resolutions and past traumatic incidents. As a life and career coach I can meet my clients where they are at and help to support them in their transition from unwell or crisis through to setting up their lives, careers and relationships in a way that will be fulfilling and rewarding.
