I believe everyone has hidden strengths that can be explored and utilised to find their own solutions to life’s challenges. In my practice, I adopt respectful and engaging processes that enable individuals, couples, families, and people from diverse cultural backgrounds to achieve positive outcomes. I use strength-based models of counselling, cognitive-behavioural and narrative therapy, and solution-focused approaches.
In addition to counselling, I offer executive and life coaching and have worked with a broad range of professionals seeking to enhance their personal and career goals. I currently run my own practice, provide employment assistance programs, and deliver professional development initiatives across organisations.
