Hi, I’m Alison and I have a Master’s degree in counselling. I provide a safe and confidential counselling service, for adolescents and adults, in a discreet and comfortable environment in Adelaide, as well as online.
I have considerable life experiences as well as the specialist skills and knowledge needed to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and others. I can help you work through current problems, crises and longer-term difficulties whilst reducing distress, overcoming trauma, and helping you to develop meaning, goals, inner resources and improve wellbeing. I am passionate about helping people who are vulnerable or experiencing challenges in their life, and helping them to reach their full potential.
I truly believe that people have the capacity to change, given the right support. I will help you through this process by encouraging, facilitating and guiding you along the way. You do not have to struggle alone anymore.
